Get ready for three days where the grills roar louder than a rodeo crowd and the aromas drift through the air like a siren song for your appetite. The Watford City Food Truck Rodeo is back for its 5th year, bringing together some of the best food trucks from across the state to serve up bold bites, sweet treats, and everything in between.
From smoky BBQ and sizzling street tacos to decadent desserts and one-of-a-kind eats, this event is a full-on festival of flavor. Whether you’re chasing your favorite returning vendors or discovering new culinary gems, there’s something here for every craving.
Hosted at the Rough Rider Center presented by Northern States Fishing Tools and 701 Food Trucks, this high-energy weekend also coincides with the Doug Johnsrud Baseball Invitational Tournament—so expect a lively atmosphere filled with families, fans, and plenty of community spirit.
